13. שמיעת הקטין על ידי הקאדי
בחר הקטין להשמיע את דבריו לפני קאדי, רשאי הקאדי להחליט לשמוע את הקטין בנוכחות עובד יחידת הסיוע וכן רשאי הוא לאפשר נוסף עליו, גם נוכחות של אפוטרופוס לדין אם מונה; תיערך תרשומת של עיקרי דבריו של הקטין בלבד.
