8. החלטות בעניינו של קטין
בית הדין לא ייתן החלטה בעניינו של קטין אלא לאחר שנתן הזדמנות לכל אחד מהורי הקטין, וכן לאפוטרופסו, אם מונה לו, להביע את עמדתו והכול בתנאי שאפוטרופסותו של ההורה לא נשללה או הוגבלה באותו עניין.
