7. עמדת הרשות המבצעת
הסמכות לקבוע את עמדת הרשות המבצעת בכל הליך המתנהל בפני בית משפט, דרך כלל או להליך מסוים, נתונה בידי הממשלה, והיא תיקבע בידי היועץ המשפטי לממשלה, אלא אם כן קבעה הממשלה עמדה אחרת.
