Section 2 of חוק יום לציון מורשת יהדות מרוקו וצפון אפריקה, התשפ״ו–2026, דרכי קיום.
2. דרכי קיום
יום לציון מורשת יהדות מרוקו וצפון אפריקה יצוין, בין השאר –
(1)בדיון מיוחד בכנסת, במועד האמור בסעיף 1 או במועד סמוך לו; חל המועד האמור בסעיף 1 במהלך פגרת הכנסת, רשאי יושב ראש הכנסת לקבוע מועד אחר לציון יום זה בכנסת;
(2)בכנס עיוני שיערוך משרד המורשת, במועד האמור בסעיף 1 או במועד סמוך לו, בנושאים הנוגעים למטרת חוק זה;
(3)בפעילות חינוכית־ערכית שתתקיים במוסדות החינוך בנושאים הנוגעים למטרות חוק זה, ככל שיחליט על כך שר החינוך.
