10. עונשין
המפריע לבעל מיתקן תת־קרקעי או למי שפועל מטעמו, בהקמתו, בהפעלתו, בשינויו, בבדיקתו או בתיקונו של המיתקן התת־קרקעי, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(3) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977.
