12. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצועו של חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)השר, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע סוגי גופים נוספים שיראו אותם כבעל מיתקן תת־קרקעי ורשאי הוא לקבוע תנאים לעניין גופים אלו.
