35. דין וחשבון שנתי
מנהל הרשות יערוך דוח שנתי על פעולות הרשות בכל אחד מתחומי הפעילות המתקיימים במסגרתה ועל תקציב הרשות וביצועו, ויגישו למועצה לאישורה; המועצה תגיש לראש הממשלה את הדוח שאישרה לא יאוחר מ־31 במרץ בכל שנה; ראש הממשלה רשאי להורות על המתכונת לעריכת הדוח ולהגשתו לפי סעיף זה.
