32. מימון פעילות המרכז
(א)הקמת המרכז תמומן מתקציב המדינה ומכספי תרומות; פעילות המרכז תמומן, בכפוף להוראות סעיף 33, מתקציב המדינה כפי הדרוש להוצאות קיומו, החזקתו, פיתוחו וניהול מכלול פעילויותיו, ומתרומות ומהכנסות שיהיו למרכז.
(ב)סכום השתתפות המדינה בתקציב המרכז ייקבע, בכל שנת כספים, בחוק התקציב השנתי כהגדרתו בחוק יסודות התקציב; סכום ההשתתפות כאמור לא יפחת מ־7,194,000 שקלים חדשים בשנה החל משנת הכספים 2026 ואילך.
