1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”חברה כשירה“, ”קבוצה זכאית“ – כהגדרתן בחוק לעידוד ולתמרוץ מחקר ופיתוח, התשפ״ו–2026;
”חברה כשירה זכאית“ – חברה כשירה שהשתייכה לאותה קבוצה זכאית במהלך כל שנת המס;
”חברה מזכה“, ”חברה רוכשת“, ”שנת השגת השליטה“, ”תקופת ההפחתה“ – כהגדרתן בסעיף 5 לחוק;
”מענק רכישה“ – תשלום לפי תקנה 6(א).
