Section 1 of תקנות התקשורת (בזק ושידורים) (אגרות), התשפ״ו–2026, חובת תשלום אגרה.
1. חובת תשלום אגרה
(א)בעד הגשת בקשה לרישיון לפי סעיף 4 לחוק, כמפורט בטור א׳ בטבלה שבתוספת הראשונה, תשולם אגרה כמפורט בטור ב׳ לצידו.
(ב)בעד הגשת בקשה לרישום במרשם לפי סעיף 4א1 לחוק או בעד הגשת בקשה לחידוש הרישום במרשם לפי תקנה 12 לתקנות התקשורת (בזק ושידורים) (היתר כללי למתן שירותי בזק), התשפ״ג–2022, כמפורט בטור א׳ בטבלה שבתוספת הראשונה, תשולם אגרה כמפורט בטור ב׳ לצידו.
(ג)לבקשה כאמור בתקנות משנה (א) ו־(ב) יצורף אישור על תשלום האגרה בעד הגשתה.
