9. מניעת הפלגה של כלי שיט
תיקון: תשע״ז
המנהל רשאי למנוע את השטתו של כל כלי שיט שאינו כשיר לשיט לפי תקנות אלה; החליט המנהל כאמור יפעל לפי הוראות תקנה 44(א) או 52יא לתקנות הנמלים בטיחות השיט, לפי העניין.
