34ב. החובה לבדוק ולתקן במיתקן שיש לו הרשאה
תיקון: תשמ״ט
(א)בעל מכולה או מי שידאג מטעמו לבדיקתה של מכולה יבצע בדיקות בהתאם לתקנות 36א ו־37, אך ורק במיתקן שקיבל הרשאה לכך מאת המנהל.
(ב)בעל מכולה לא ימסור ולא ירשה לאחר למסור מכולה לתיקון או לבדיקה במיתקן שאין לו הרשאה מאת המנהל.
