38. רישום בדיקות
תיקון: תשמ״ה, תשמ״ט
(א)הבדיקות ילוו במסמכי בדיקות שיישמרו במשך שלושים חדשים, בידי הבעל ובעל המיתקן המורשה שבדק את המכולה.
(ב)הרישומים במסמכי הבדיקה יכללו בנוסף לזיהוי המכולה, רישום על תאריך הבדיקה האחרונה ואמצעי לזיהוי הבודק.
(ג)מסמכי הבדיקה יעמדו לרשות המנהל או בא כוחו לשם בדיקה, לפי דרישתו; נשמר מסמך מקורי מחוץ לישראל, יימצאו מסמכים נוספים ידניים או בשיטת עיבוד נתונים ויוצגו על פי דרישה כאמור.
