46. ערר
(א)מי שנפגע מהחלטת המפקח רשאי לערור עליה לפני המנהל.
(ב)הוגש ערר ידרוש המנהל עריכת בדיקה מחדש כדי לקבוע בעצמו את מידת הליקויים; עם תום הבדיקה מחדש יתן המנהל את החלטתו.
