תיקון: תשמ״ה

(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה, למעט תקנות 40, 41 ו־42, ביום י״ח באלול התשמ״ב (6 בספטמבר 1982).

(ב)תחילתן של תקנות 40 ו־41 ביום ח׳ בטבת התשמ״ה (1 בינואר 1985).

(ג)תחילתה של תקנה 42 ביום ל׳ בכסלו התשמ״ז (1 בינואר 1987).
