4. המצאת רשיון
השתמש מנהל הנמל בסמכותו לבטל רשיון או לשנות את תנאיו או להוסיף עליהם כאמור בתקנה 3, ידרוש בהודעה לבעל הרשיון להמציא את הרשיון ובעל הרשיון חייב למלא אחרי דרישה זו.
