8. העברת סמכויות
מנהל הנמל רשאי להעביר לאחר בכתב את סמכויותיו לפי תקנות אלה, כולן או מקצתן, לחזור לבטל העברה כזאת, וכן להורות על אופן השימוש בסמכויות המועברות.
