12. איסור הבערת אש
(א)לא יבעיר אדם להבות גלויות או אש גלויה באניית חמרי נפץ השוהה בנמל או באזור הסכנה אלא אם נתקבלה לכך הרשאה ממנהל הנמל.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”להבות גלויות“ – חמרים לוהטים, קשתות ריתוך חשמליות, מבערי הלחמה וריתוך, מבערי חימום, תנורי פרימוס, מכשירי חשמל ניידים, או מכשירי יד, העלולים להתיז גיצים, כל להבה גלויה, אש – למעט אש בדוודים ובמטבח.
