23. זמני פריקה וטעינה
לא יטענו על אניית חמרי נפץ ולא יפרקו ממנה חמרי נפץ בשעות שבין שקיעת השמש וזריחתה, אלא אם ניתן היתר לכך ממנהל הנמל.
