6. חובת זהירות
כל אדם העוסק בפריקה או בטעינה של חמרי נפץ או הבא במגע עם מטען חמרי נפץ הנמצא באזור סכנה, או בכל מקום בנמל, ינקוט בכל אמצעי הזהירות הדרושים כדי למנוע אש או התפוצצות.
