בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 2 לפקודת הנמלים [נוסח חדש], התשל״א–1971, אני מצווה לאמור:
1. הכרזת נמל
חוף מרינה אשדוד יהיה נמל לצורך פקודת הנמלים וייקרא ”נמל מרינה אשדוד“.
