בכללים אלה –
”אתר האינטרנט“ – אתר האינטרנט של רשות האכיפה והגבייה, שכתובתו www.eca.gov.il;
”מוקד מרכז המידע הטלפוני“ – מוקד מרכז מידע טלפוני שמספרו מפורסם באתר האינטרנט של רשות האכיפה והגבייה;
”המרכז“ – כמשמעותו בחוק.
