2. נגישות למי שתייה
במצב חירום שבו מספקים באמצעים חליפיים מי שתייה לציבור, תהיה לאדם עם מוגבלות נגישות למי שתייה שמסופקים כאמור באותה איכות וזמינות כפי שיש לציבור, לפי תקנות 3 עד 5.
