51. התאמת נהלים, תוכנית, ותיקי הפעלה למצב חירום
מי שהוטלה עליו חובה לפי תקנות אלה, יבחן את הצורך לעדכן לאחר כל תרגיל או מצב חירום, ואחת לחמש שנים לפחות, תוכנית שהכין, את נוהליו ואת תיקי ההפעלה שלו שנוגעים למצב חירום, לעניין אופן פעולתו לפי תקנות אלה, אם קיימים, והכול באופן שיתאימו ליישום תקנות אלה; מצא שיש צורך כאמור, יעדכן הגורם את נהליו לפי זה.
