1. הגדרות
תיקון: תש״ל
בתקנות אלה –
”מנהל“ – מנהל הנמל בו ניתנו השירותים בגין משגור קטן;
”משגור קטן“ – טובין המפורטים ברשימון מכס אחד שנתקבלה עליו התרה ואשר נתקיימו בהם תנאים אלה:
(1)משקלם הכולל אינו עולה על 1,000 ק״ג;
(2)ערכם הכולל פחות מ־10,000 לירות;
”נמל“ – נמל חיפה, נמל אשדוד או נמל אילת;
”שירותים“ – השירותים שנקבעה להם אגרה לפי התקנות שבתוספת הראשונה.
