1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”"כלי שיט“ – ספינה או סירה המונעת על ידי מנוע פנימי קבוע;
”סירת משוטים“ – סירה שאינה מונעת על ידי מנוע פנימי קבוע;
”הנמל“ – נמל טבריה לרבות המעגנים בגינוסר ובעין־גב;
”המנהל“ – מי שהורשה על ידי רשות הנמלים לצורך תקנות אלה;
”מודד כלי שיט“ ו”תעודת תפוסה“ – כמשמעותם בתקנות הספנות (בניה ומדידה של כלי שיט ומשכנתאות עליהם), תשכ״א–1961.
