3. קביעת אורך כלי שיט
אורך כלי שיט ייקבע בהתאם לרשום בתעודת רישום או בתעודת תפוסה של כלי שיט ואם אין רישום כאמור, ייקבע ארכו על ידי מודד כלי שיט.
