1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”יום“ – פרק הזמן שבין זריחת החמה ושקיעתה;
”לילה“ – פרק הזמן שאינו יום;
”רשת שקועה“ – רשת לדיג שחלקה העליון נמצא בעומק של שנים וחצי מטרים לפחות מתחת לפני המים;
”רשת צפה“ – רשת לדיג שאיננה רשת שקועה;
”נמל“ – נמל טבריה.
