5. מסי גשר המעבר לתקון סירות
תיקון: 1937, 1939, תשי״ט
(1)בעליה של ספינה קטנה המשתמשת באזור חייבים לשלם מסי גשר המעבר לתקון סירות בשעור דלקמן:–
(א)בעד שבעת הימים הראשונים – 25 אגורות [במקור: 250 מיל].
(ב)בעד הימים שבין היום השמיני והיום הארבעה עשר, ועד בכלל – 25 אגורות [במקור: 250 מיל].
(ג)בעד כל יום שלאחרי היום הארבעה עשר – 50 אגורות [במקור: 500 מיל] לכל יום.
(2)לצורך תקנות אלו מונין את יום הכנסתה של הספינה הקשורה לאזור ויום הוצאתה – כל אחד כיום אחד.
