1א. הצמדה למדד
תיקון: תשמ״ב, תשס״ב, תשס״ז
הסכום הנקוב בתקנה 1 ישתנה ב־1 בינואר של כל שנה (להלן – יום השינוי), לפי שיעור השינוי של מדד המחירים לצרכן שפרסמה הלשכה המרכזית לסטטיסטיקה (להלן – המדד) בחודש נובמבר שקדם ליום השינוי, לעומת המדד שפרסמה בחודש נובמבר שקדם ליום השינוי הקודם; סכום שהשתנה כאמור, יעוגלו לשקל החדש השלם הקרוב.
