15. מסירת יומן רשמי למנהל המחלקה לשירותים טכניים
תיקון: תשכ״ה, תשכ״ו
(א)שוהה כלי שיט בנמל ישראל יותר מ־24 שעות רצופות, ימסור הקברניט את היומן הרשמי למנהל מחלקה לשירותים טכניים בעת הצגתו לפי תקנה 14.
(ב)מנהל המחלקה לשירותים טכניים יחזיר לקברניט את היומן אשר נמסר לו כאמור לפני הפלגתו של כלי השיט מאותו נמל.
