2. קביעת יומן רשמי
תיקון: תשי״ח־2, תשי״ט
(א)המנהל רשאי לקבוע לכלי שיט יומנים רשמיים משני סוגים:
(1)לכלי שיט שאינו ספינת דיג ושתפוסתו 100 טונות ומעלה (להלן – אניה);
(2)לספינת דיג שארכה 14 מטר ומעלה וכן לכלי שיט שתפוסתו פחות מ־100 טונות (להלן – ספינה).
(ב)יומן רשמי יהיה ערוך בטופס ולפי מתכונת שאושרו על ידי שר התחבורה וישא את חותם אגף הספנות והנמלים, משרד התחבורה.
