23. רשות לבדוק יומן רשמי
תיקון: תשכ״ה, תשכ״ו
(א)המנהל, מנהל המחלקה לשירותים טכניים, נציג דיפלומטי או קונסולרי של ישראל, קצין משטרת ישראל בדרגת מפקח ומעלה וכל אדם המורשה על ידיהם בכתב, רשאי לעלות על כלי שיט ולבדוק את יומנו הרשמי, וקברניטו של כלי שיט חייב להציגו בפניהם, לפי דרישה.
(ב)לא ימנע אדם את הרשאים לבדוק יומן רשמי כאמור מלעלות על כלי שיט ומלבדוק את יומנו הרשמי ולא יפריעם בכך.
