6. איסור הפלגה ללא יומן רשמי
(א)לא יפליג ולא יושט כלי שיט אלא אם –
(1)נמצא בו יומן רשמי בהתאם לתקנות אלה;
(2)ביומן הרשמי רשומים כל הפרטים והרשומות אשר חובה לרשמם לפני הפלגתו, בהתאם לתקנות אלה.
(ב)קברניטו של כלי השיט חייב למלא אחרי הוראות תקנת משנה (א).
