11. כשמטילים אגרות רציף עפ״י המשקל או המדה
תיקון: 1943, 1943-2, 1945-3, תשי״ד
כשמטילים אגרות רציף עפ״י המשקל או המדה, מבררין את משקלן או מדתן של הסחורות לפי המשקל או המדה שנתאשרו ע״י הנהלת המכס, והאגרות יחולו בשעור יחסי על כל משקל או מדה הגבוהים מן המשקל הזה או המדה הזאת או הנמוכים מהם.
