15. כשמטילים אגרות רציף פחות מן השעור הנכון או כשמסלקים אותם חזרה שלא כדין
תיקון: 1943, 1943-2, 1945-3, תשי״ד
כשמטילים אגרות רציף פחות מן השעור הנכון או כשמסלקים אותם חזרה בטעות, הרי האיש שהיה עליו לשלם את הסכום החסר או שהאגרות סולקו לו חזרה בטעות, חייב לשלם את הסכום החסר, או את סכום האגרות שהוחזר לו בטעות, עפ״י דרישה מאת מנהל המכס המקומי. מנהל המכס המקומי יוכל לסרב למסור סחורה לאנשים כאלה כל עוד לא ישולם לו הסכום החסר או הסכום שהוחזר להם בטעות.
