9. הוראות מעבר
סחורה בהעברה שפורקה לפני י״א בכסלו תשי״ז (15 בנובמבר 1956) ולא הוטענה מחדש לאניה עד לאותו יום, לא יחולו לגביה הוראות תקנות אלה והאגרות שישולמו יהיו בשיעור שהיה בתוקף לפני כן לגבי סחורה כאמור.
