144ג. פרסום מותר
תיקון: תשמ״ו
(א)פרסום דין וחשבון נכון והוגן על מעשה כאמור בסעיף 144ב, לא יראוהו כעבירה על אותו סעיף, ובלבד שלא נעשה מתוך מטרה להביא לגזענות.
(ב)פרסום ציטוט מתוך כתבי דת וספרי תפילה, או שמירה על פולחן של דת, לא יראו אותם כעבירה לפי סעיף 144ב, ובלבד שלא נעשה מתוך מטרה להסית לגזענות.
