147. חבר להתאגדות אסורה

מי שמלאו לו שש עשרה שנים והוא חבר להתאגדות אסורה, ומי שתופש או פועל במשרה או בעמדה בה, או פועל כנציג שלה, או משמש מורה במוסד או בבית ספר המתנהלים או נחזים כמתנהלים בהנהלתה או בפיקוחה של התאגדות אסורה, דינו – מאסר שנה אחת.
