151. התקהלות אסורה

שלושה אנשים לפחות שנתקהלו לשם עבירה, או שנתקהלו למטרה משותפת, ואפילו כשרה, ומתנהגים באופן הנותן לאנשים שבסביבה יסוד סביר לחשוש שהמתקהלים יעשו מעשה שיפר את השלום, או שבעצם התקהלותם יעוררו אנשים אחרים, ללא צורך וללא עילה מספקת, להפר את השלום, הרי זו התקהלות אסורה, והמשתתף בהתקהלות אסורה, דינו – מאסר שנה אחת.
