220. החזקת מזון לא נקי
תיקון: [תשכ״ו] [א/197]
קמעונאי של מצרכי מאכל או משקה, או מנהל מלון, אכסניה, מסעדה או עסק אחר למכירת מאכלים ומשקאות לצריכה בו במקום, שאינו שומר על נקיונם של המצרכים שהוא מספק, או עובר על תקנה בענין בריאות הציבור, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים; בית המשפט המרשיע את העבריין רשאי להורות על השמדת מצרכי מאכל או משקה שאינם ראויים לשמש מזון.
