המחזיק או מנהל מקום משחקים אסורים, או מקום לעריכת הגרלות או הימורים, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים או כפל הקנס האמור בסעיף 61(א)(4); המשכיר חצרים או מרשה את השימוש בהם בידיעה שישמשו מקום למשחקים אסורים או לעריכת הגרלות או הימורים, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים או כפל הקנס האמור בסעיף 61(א)(3).
