234. חילוט מכשירי משחק

הורשע אדם בעבירה לפי סימן זה, רשאי בית המשפט לצוות שכלים או מכשירים או דבר אחר ששימשו לעריכת המשחק, ההגרלה או ההימור יחולטו לאוצר המדינה, ואין נפקא מינה אם הנאשם הוא בעלם או לאו.
