259. הברחת אדם
תיקון: תש״ם־7 [א/132]
המבריח או מנסה להבריח אדם, ממשמורת חוקית, דינו –
(1)אם המוברח הואשם או הורשע בעבירה שענשה מוות או מאסר עולם – מאסר עשרים שנים;
(2)בכל מקרה אחר – מאסר שבע שנים.
