261. דין מסייע לאחר מעשה

מסייע לאחר מעשה, דינו –
(1)אם העבירה היתה פשע – מאסר שלוש שנים;
(2)אם העבירה היתה עוון – מאסר מחצית תקופת העונש שנקבע לאותה עבירה.
