המופקד על שמירת חותם שהוטבע על פי הוראה של רשות רשמית או של בית משפט או בית דין, והוא בהתרשלות מניח לחותם שישובר או יסולק או ייעשה ללא מועיל, דינו – מאסר ששה חדשים.
