(א)הגורם בכוונה או באדישות למותו של אדם, דינו – מאסר עולם.
(ב)מי שהורשע ברצח לפי סעיף 2(ו) לחוק לעשיית דין בנאצים ועוזריהם, תש״י–1950, דינו – מיתה.
