331. מניעת הצלה מכלי שיט שבמצוקה

המונע או מפריע אדם שלא כדין במאמציו להציל את חייו או חיי אדם אחר כשהוא בכלי שיט הנתון במצוקה או בכלי שיט נטרף או כשהוא נמלט מכלי שיט כאמור, דינו – מאסר עשר שנים.
