349. מעשה מגונה בפומבי
תיקון: תשמ״ח־2, תש״ן־6
(א)העושה מעשה מגונה בפומבי בפני אדם אחר, ללא הסכמתו, או העושה מעשה כאמור בכל מקום שהוא תוך ניצול יחסי תלות, מרות, חינוך, השגחה, עבודה או שירות, דינו – מאסר שנה.
(ב)העושה, בכל מקום שהוא, מעשה מגונה בפני אדם שטרם מלאו לו שש עשרה שנים, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים.
