הכופה שלא כדין אדם לעבוד, תוך שימוש בכוח או באמצעי לחץ אחר או תוך איום באחד מאלה, או בהסכמה שהושגה בתרמית, והכל בין בתמורה ובין שלא בתמורה – דינו מאסר שבע שנים.
